Processing & Production Times Because every item is hand-painted and custom-crafted, please keep processing times in mind:

• In-Stock & Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Custom Commissions & Alters: Shipping occurs immediately upon your final approval of the finished piece. Production timelines vary depending on your chosen tier (Artist’s Choice vs. Creative Collaboration).

Delivery & Transit Times Once handed off to DHL Express, estimated transit times are:

• North America & Europe: 2–4 business days

• Rest of the World: 3–5 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships so you can monitor its journey step-by-step.

Packaging & Security Every card is sleeved, top-loaded, and securely packaged to ensure maximum protection against bending, moisture, and impact during transit.
